Step wise installation guide:
1. Download the Lalaa Ji app from Google Play Store and carefully read the T&C carefully.
2. Sign Up as a Merchant, after OPT verification upload image of your store.
3. Save the unique QR Code from the menu options. Also upload your UPI on your profile.
4. Print your QR Code and place it on your counter.
5. Inform your customers that your store is now offering Home Delivery / Pick Up services.
6. Advice your customers to download the Lalaa Ji app and register as a consumer on Lalaa Ji app.
7. Ask the customer to scan the QR Code of your store to be a member of your shop.
8. The customer can now order from his app by choosing the merchant on his app. Process the order, send intimation with invoice and make arrangements for home delivery, collect payment by UPI or cash.
9. Merchants are also advised to sign up on Google Business and share QR Code image along with other details of the store.

3. Scan the QR code of the preferred merchant to register on his store on Lalaa Ji app to order from your home or ask for ready pick up to shorten your exposure at a crowded place.
4. Check the order after delivery, make payment and rate the merchant accordingly.
5. As a consumer you can add all types of vendors on your app if they are registered on Lalaa Ji app.
6. Avoid visiting crowded places, order from home, as a responsible consumer advise your local stores to use Lalaa Ji app.
1. Delivery executives to be recruited by the merchant after vetting and mutual consent on work schedule and payments.
2. Procedure is same. Download the Lalaa Ji app, read T&C and sign up as delivery executive.
3. Scan the QR code of the merchant who recruited you to register as delivery executive.
4. After registration the merchant will assign you responsibility of home delivery.
5. The Delivery Executive is authorised on the app to mark orders as delivered and receive payments.
6. In areas where the business volume is low, a group of unemployed youth can offer the home delivery services to different stores subject to vetting by the merchants.
